Description: Wintergrass celebrates our 17th Birthday in our new home in Bellevue. Thanks for your interest in participating as a vendor at Wintergrass 2010. Winner of the 2005 IBMA (International Bluegrass Music Association) Bluegrass Event of the Year, the festival attracts 4000 people a day from 28 states and half a dozen foreign countries every year.

The newly remodeled Hyatt Regency Hotel is located in downtown Bellevue and is part of the larger Bellevue Collection, which includes Bellevue Square, Lincoln Plaza and Bellevue Place. The Bellevue Art Museum is right in the middle of all this and there are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops within sight of the hotel. Just east of Seattle, about 14 miles from the SeaTac Airport, the hotel features 700 guest rooms, plenty of space for Vendors, workshops, 4 stages, and a huge amount of unrestricted jamming space. Floors will be designated as quiet or jamming and you'll be able to make your pick when reserving your room. There is plenty of parking - almost all of it will be free.

Vendor space will be located in and around stage areas. With almost 20,000 square feet of function space there will be ample space for vendors, jammers and festival goers. The hotel is also easily accessible to the general public via a series of skybridges. There will be both secure vendor spaces (in lockable rooms) and open vendor space (in hallways) available.
