| Description: | Here we go again......... Our 8th sale! And growing strong! This sale will be in Downtown Yelm in the Historical Wolf Builiding on the corner of First Ave & Yelm Hwy (the old Drew Harvey Theatre Building with the green and white awning) Looking for vendors to fill this 4600 sq. ft. space!! This event will be heavily advertised and co-sponsored by www.********.*** we will have lots of great signage all over town! NEW STUFF ~ OLD STUFF ~ COOL STUFF ~ FUN STUFF ~ Whether you may have a business and want to promote your products, handmake a craft, rep a product line or just have a mix of a bunch of stuff that you would like to get rid of - this sale is for you! Contact us soon - this space will fill up fast! 3 days - Thursday - April 14th 10am-6pm Friday - April 15th 10am-6pm Saturday - April 16th 10am-4pm We also will have the option for vendors to be in the show even if you cannot be there during the show with a central check out. If you are interested in central check out please contact Paulina at (***) ***-**** or email info@********.*** (for central check out vendors only) - all other vendors who intend to man their own booth contact Norean Warren (***) ***-**** RATES FOR THE BAZAAR - 3 days $60 / half space $35 full spaces are 10' x 10' & half spaces are 5' x 5' You can purchase multiple booth spaces if you need more room. Central Check Out Rates - See above booth space prices PLUS you pay an additional 20% commission for all items sold at the sale. All items you bring for central check out must be tagged with your vendor ID number and item number along with price. We also ask that you provide us with an inventory sheet so we have record of what you bring. All items sold will be recorded on your inventory form then paid to you at pick up. This is a great option however you must be aware that consignor assumes all risk for missing or damaged items. Although we do our best to monitor the sales floor. All the central check out items are located in one area with a special entrance where they are required to pay for their purchases. Set up time is Wednesday from 2 - 8 pm We will have a Raffle that benefits Breast Cancer Awareness where we ask each vendor to donate a prize towards the raffle to help support this important cause.
