The fair has many contests and competitions for area residents to both participate in and see on display. Events and exhibits range from home arts and photography to livestock and commercial booths. Many community groups hold demonstrations and hands-on activities. Kids' games, free musical entertainment, great food, fun carnival rides, Youth Market Animal Sale, and petting farm are also highlights at the fair.
