From 8th annual Quincy Valley Balloon Festival Website:

8th Annual Quincy Valley Balloon Festival
September 12-13, 2015.

Presented by Quincy Valley Tourisim

There are some exciting changes to the Balloon Festival this year. The event started in 2008 in basically our yard. It has sense grown and we need to move to a larger location. It has also grown to large for just 2 people to run so we are so happy to announce that even though we are still the same organizers, we are now part of The Quincy Valley Tourism. All events, including morning balloon launches, Night glow, and Fireworks will be at the park. The other exciting news is that it will be free to the public! We are still working on details and we will keep this site updated as plans are confirmed.

There are no rides of any kind sold at this event.

Schedule of Events

Saturday 9/12 and Sunday 9/13-Morning Launches

Morning launches begin at 6:00 am or just at sunrise, at a location outside of Quincy to be announced. The public is welcome to come watch as balloons lift off. There are no rides sold at this event and are weather permitting at the discretion of the pilot.

Saturday night festivities will be held at Lauzir Park with food vendors, and beer/wine tasting for purchase beginning at 6:00 pm.

Thanking of Sponsors & National Anthem 7:00 pm.

Entertainment will begin at 7:30

8:30 pm Balloon Nightglow will Illuminate and light up the sky at dusk-have your camera's ready!

Northwest Pyrotechnics Association will light the sky as only they can do right after the Nightglow!

Bring your lawn chairs or blanket to sit. Please make sure to dress for changing weather conditions. The fireworks are spectacular but please know they are very loud and some people have found ear plugs work great!

There is free admission for morning launches and Saturday Evening. Food and Beverages will be available for purchase.

In accordance with Washington State Liquor Laws only alcohol purchased at the event is permitted. Violators will be removed.
