| Description: | The Historic Fairhaven Association's annual celebration of our "unscrubbed" community founder, Dirty Dan Harris, takes place every year on a Sunday in the latter part of April. The festival celebrates its 14th year in 2016, and will take place on Sunday, April 24. It is always free to attend and features food and games, live music, dress-up contests, fun stuff for young ones, a beer and wine garden for the 21+ crowd, and the world's only uphill piano race! And it all takes place at or very near the Fairhaven Village Green, except for the Dan Harris Challenge, an annual rowing and paddling event which starts and finishes at nearby Boulevard Park | ||
