The annual Independence Day celebration features Whatcom Countys biggest fireworks display, plus live music, family games, a beer garden and a national qualifying Hoop it Up basketball tournament.

Join us for a tradition of good old patriotic pride in the heart of Bellingham. This 4th of July we are partnering with The Port of Bellingham and the Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce & Industry again to bring you a spectacular display of fireworks.

The festivities kick off at 11am with the Hoop it Up 3 on 3 basketball tournament (packet pickup begins at 9am), open to 4-person teams of all ages. Teams should register in advance at the Hoop it Up website.
