Also, as usual, the table assignments are on a first come basis. If you have a preference to
location, please drop me a note or call. I will do what I can to help you. The arrangement
will be very similar to last year with only a few changes. We would like to ask that
pre-Hamfest selling not take place.
If you have a large piece of gear sold, and it needs carried out, please see me at the Club
table, and arrangements will be made.
Trash cans are for trash generated by the Hamfest.
For items you dont want to haul home just ask and we will dispose of it for you.
Oil filled transformers or oil filled dummy loads, etc are NOT ALLOWED in the building. No
exceptions.
The civic center has asked us not to use pins, tacks, staples, tape, etc. There are T slots
and hardware will be provided for hanging displays.
