Upstream is a three-day music festival and industry summit where attendees can discover acclaimed national artists performing alongside rising stars from the Northwest.

Experience live music like never before as Seattle's historic arts & entertainment district of Pioneer Square plays host to wide ranging performancesfrom intimate showcases in venues across the neighborhood to memorable performances at the two main stages located in the Sound Lot. In addition to celebrating the sound of the region, Upstream provides artists an opportunity to network and learn from industry veterans at the one-day Summit.

Founded by philanthropist and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, Upstream Music Fest + Summit is inspired by Paul's love of live music and his belief that a thriving arts-and-culture scene is essential for strong, dynamic, and diverse communities.
