The Proctor District will be "rockin" on the first Saturday of August! Proctor Arts Fest has grown to be Tacoma's biggest & best one day arts & music festival. It always happens on the first Saturday in August, rain or shine. This will be our 21st year.
Our goal is to build community and promote the arts through this free, family oriented event. We are 100% volunteer organized and run, with the Proctor Business District acting as our cornerstone.
Highlights of the event include:

A community based Poster Contest
Over 130 Arts & Crafts Vendors selling their hand made goods
Three Stages of Live Entertainment
Kid's Fest - A Special Kid's Area with Family Stage
Farmer's Market
Book Sale at Wheelock Library
Proctor District Business Specials
