From Tahuya Day and Parade Website:

The Tahuya Day and Parade is hosted each year by the town, celebrating their unique and quirky heritage. The event draws 1,500 to 2,000 people each year and is also the major fund-raiser for the Tahuya Community Club's North Mason High School scholarship fund. Proceeds from the miniature American flags and raffle tickets sold at the event go toward the $2,500 fund. The day includes lots of activities for kids, homemade arts & crafts booths, and live music by the North Mason's own community band, "The Windjammers."
