Woodfest

WoodFest is an annual celebration of student achievements which has in the past focused only on student woodworking projects. This year we are working to add other CTE programs at SWHS and the amazing ways are city is in itself evolving from its timber history into a center of technology.

April 27 & 28, 2019, during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, Woodfest is a sanctioned event of the Tulip Festival, and is a wonderful way to enjoy many activities throughout Skagit County.

The Sedro-Woolley High School Gym at 1235 3rd Street, Sedro-Woolley WA is the primary venue, we look forward to once again having lots of room for demonstrations, student displays and vendors.

WoodFest aims to draw a variety of vendors and display booths wood turners, traditional carvers, wood crafters, artisans, high school woodworking exhibits, and educational exhibits, while priority is given to woodcrafts anyone can apply for a booth.
