The Cider Swig returns to Gig Harbor on National Public Lands Day 2019.

Two dozen regional cider makers will present a range of 100+ hard ciders to the growing community of cider lovers and the cider-curious alike traveling from near and far to join in a day of sampling the best ciders west of the Mississippi!

The Cider Swig Stage and Carnivale Stage will be ALIVE all day with great entertainment including world-groove from American Idol star, Ruthie Craft; 80s, 90s and 2000s cover band Sounds Like Dolores; singer-songwriter Maddy Dullum; composer and lyricist Kristen Marlo; and family friendly entertainment on the Apple Carnivle Stage.

Talk about great eats! Nine area food trucks and/or pop-up restaurants, including Boss Mama's Kitchen, Itty Bitty Schnitty, Langostino Sushi Burrito, Smokin Robinson's BBQ, Arnold's Happy Days, Josefina's Burrito Boy, Taylor Shellfish Farms and, TNT Espresso & Mini Donuts will join the day's festivities to assure no one leaves hungry!

From apple pie contests to apple launching, and Apple Carnivle Zone street performers, games and more, a great day is in store for the entire family.

Cider Swig combines our commitment to community and the environment. Featuring PNW ciders, the festival highlights our region's agricultural heritage, reinforces community friendships, promotes local businesses, agricultural and environmental organizations, and showcases regional talent throughout the day! Proceeds benefit the Lu Winsor Environmental grants program, which provides annual grants to area schools and organizations within the KGI watershed for projects focused on water quality, environmental education, watershed health, conservation and restoration activities.
